SIDEMOUNT DIVER

Discover a New Way to Dive

Ready to take your diving to the next level?

The PADI Sidemount Diver Specialty introduces an innovative equipment configuration that offers greater comfort, improved balance, increased flexibility, and unmatched redundancy.

Instead of wearing a single tank on your back, sidemount diving places one or two cylinders comfortably along your sides, creating a streamlined profile and allowing you to move through the water with incredible ease.

Originally developed for cave exploration, sidemount has become increasingly popular among recreational divers who appreciate its versatility and comfort.

Whether you're looking to improve your trim, prepare for technical diving, or simply experience a different way to dive, the PADI Sidemount Diver course is an exciting new challenge.
